She did not suffer because it was a miraculous birth. Jesus passed through her body in the same manner in which he walked through the door of the upper room after his resurrection. Mary also remained a virgin after the birth of Jesus.

No, she did not suffer the pangs of childbirth as all other women do and must. After all, the Blessed Virgin Mary was no ordinary woman. I remember the old film "Jesus of Nazareth" directed by Franco Zeffirelli in which the actress who played the Virgin Mary rolled around on the ground, screaming uncontrollably. I didn't like that scene one bit.
