Thank you for sharing this, although I have never met Fr. Hennick. I used to stay at Sacred Heart when I was discerning my vocation. Back then the priests of the late Bishop Morello serviced that chapel. God Bless you.
A good homily. If only the RCI didn’t have a policy of declining communion to Catholics who have usually attend the SSPX. That would be an example of supernatural charity that conforms to the spirit of Christ and would make him very happy. Alas their current position, practical though it may be isn’t in this spirit. I would happily encourage them otherwise.
