The memory of our holy English martyr, Bl. Margaret Clitherow – pressed to death by the agents of the Anglican schism – has been betrayed by Leo XIV and the other ecumaniacs. Here's why.
Father, as a cradle Catholic, I have to admit I never gave much thought to martyrdom until recently. Now in my later years, I have realized there is at least a possibility that martyrdom may be required by me and many others, so I join my humble prayer to yours asking for God's graces to keep me faithful to Him until the very end, especially if that be martyrdom.
Non nobis Domine, non nobis, sed nomine tuo da Gloriam. Amen.
A certain bishop has just suggested that Leo doesn’t even know the Faith, given his formation after the Council. He might be as poorly catechized and ill informed about Catholicism as so many of us were before discovering Tradition.
What was done and enforced with violence by heretics in England in the 16th C. was done with deception by "Saint" Paul VI and continued under the other false popes of the V2 counterfeit church.
"The devil has always attempted, by means of heretics, to deprive the world of the Mass, making them precursors of the Antichrist, who before anything else, will try to abolish and will actually abolish the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, as a punishment for the sins of men, according to the prediction of Daniel, 'And strength was given him against the continual sacrifice." (Daniel 8:12) St. Alphonsus Liguori, The Dignities and Duties Of The Priest (London: Benzinger Bros., 1889), p. 212.
The Douay Rheims Bible commentary says of the “abomination of desolation”: “…specifically it shall be fulfilled by Antichrist and his precursors, when they shall abolish the holy Mass, which is the sacrifice of Christ’s body and blood, and the only sovereign worship due to God in His Church.” According to the prophet Daniel: “The victim and the sacrifice shall fail, and there shall be in the Temple the abomination unto desolation” (Dan.9:27).
I agree with all of this. I did not become a Catholic so that I could pray with heretics, but the question is, short of denouncing Vatican II, what can we do about it?
Find a Church that is faithful to the Traditional Magisterium of the one, holy, Catholic, & apostolic Church as it existed prior to the papacy of John XXIII. After wandering in the devastation of VII for 50 years, my search led me to CMRI as I found them to be unswerving in their faithfulness to the true doctrine of the Church. Nor do they compromise with anything or anyone to do with the novus ordo abomination which gives me strength to know.
Indeed we should denounce Vatican II when appropriate, as well as these intruders to the Apostolic See, adhere to the religion of our grandparents, and seek out validly ordained ministers who practice that same religion for the sacraments.
Once again an excellent article and a very moving biography of Bl Margaret Clitheroe. Witnessing her martyrdom now being trampled on by those who claim to be her bretherine in the Faith she died for is disgusting. Their
communicatio in sacris only reflects their present heretical state and proves the reality of it. .They can pray and offer false worship together as they both share the same faith - or lack there of- and both make a mockery of Christ and His Faithful martyrs. This proves only why the True Church condemns communicatio in sacris and why it's deemed sinful and an affront to catholicism
The SJ order seems thoroughly modernist. They allow everyone from apostates and heretics to faithful traditionalists. They see no difference between them.
Some Novus Ordo guy just chastened my critique of Leo co-worshiping with King Charles, by calling the event 'cool, actually'. That is the level we are at now, vacuous hipsters thinking apostacy and treachery are righteous, because 'cool'.
I had this exact thought. .thank you for stating it so well. .
God grant us all to be so steadfast in the Faith as Margaret Clitherow.

So much of church history is still new to me.
I’m curious about your surprise over the behaviour of pope Leo . He betrays our Lord Jesus Christ over n over .
Why would he hesitate now ?

Excellent comment.
No worries. Rather, ‘Tis Most Apt.
“The current intruder of the ancient diocesan see of York,” with the current intruder of the ancient seat of St. Peter in Rome.
Who would want to head a church founded on the balls of a king? 😂

In Hoc Signo Vinces.

I LOVE your new term "ecumaniacs"! That so perfectly describes the heretics in the bogus ordo ape of the church.
I’m afraid I cannot claim credit for this!

Now, yes, but that is the case for the Conciliar/Synodal Church itself.

I sent him this article, hope he reads it.
Thanks for this!
