The book is not well known at all and impossible to find a copy.
It is an extremely helpful book that is all the more relevant today; scruples abound in the Novus Ordo and traditionalist milieu more than we would like to admit.

Yes, they are everywhere. It is just false to say it defines traddom.
I have a photocopy of the book; I’m aiming to get it scanned in the near future.
Nb the book comes in two parts - one for faithful, and the other for confessors and priests.
